Raja Yoga Workshop 2020-08-09T13:27:09+00:00

Unlock the power of your ajna chakra using Raja Yoga and self-hypnosis
Experience the power of hypnosis in your spiritual evolution
Use your latent abilities and achieve personal goals

Raja Yoga is a branch of Yoga that focuses using on the Third Eye (Ajna Chakra). This practice consists of concentration, meditation, contemplation and other techniques that use the mind (pratyahara, samyama, etc.). Raja Yogis use Hatha and other types of Yoga only minimally, for energizing, eliminating blockages, and other problems best addressed by techniques outside of Raja Yoga.

Normally, only a small part of the mind is accessible and conscious, and a much larger part is unconscious. Raja Yoga teaches practitioners to use the laws of the mind (as taught in the Agama curriculum) to work with both the conscious and unconscious mind. A very important application of this system is illustrated by the phenomena of suggestion, self-suggestion and hypnosis.

This is your chance to learn advanced yogic and hypnotic techniques such as concentration, meditation, contemplation, pratyahara and samyama. By understanding how the mind and brain work, you can tap into your immense potential and unlock your subconscious mind. In this workshop you will learn how to use your vast potential and how to guide it for healing, personal development, or spiritual achievement by using special yogic techniques and powerful self-hypnosis methods. Swami Vivekananda will offer special ajna initiation as part of the yogic techniques offered in the workshop.

ABOUT AGAMA YOGA, KOH PHANGAN THAILAND

Enjoy a fresh mango and coconut for breakfast, take a Yoga class, relax on a hammock with an ocean view, and save a massage for the afternoon. These are just a few ways to spend a perfect day on the beautiful island of Koh Phangan in Thailand, where Agama is located. Nature is constantly blessing Koh Phangan with blue skies, breathtaking sunsets and short, refreshing rain showers to cool down the tropical weather.

Agama is the pioneer of Yoga on the tropical island paradise of Koh Phangan, Thailand. The school was founded on the island in 2003 by Swami Vivekananda Saraswati, a Yogi for over 30 years who has dedicated his life to teaching an authentic form of Hatha Yoga in a modern scientific approach.

Agama believes that there should be a bridge between spirituality and rational thinking, and classes are taught accordingly. The teachings are easy to implement in daily life and are often adopted immediately by students.
