Acquire a complete toolkit of teaching skills and course materials
Join our team of the best modern Tantra instructors
The Agama Tantric Instructor Training (ATIT) was created to provide a complete toolkit of teaching skills and course materials for transmitting the philosophy and practice of sacred Tantra Yoga. Designed by Agama founder and director Swami Vivekananda Saraswati, and taught with assistance from his senior teachers, the ATIT represents the final stages of formal training in the Tantra program at Agama.
The goal of the intense ATIT course is to guide Agama students to become experienced and competent Tantra instructors, so that these rare teachings can be brought with aspiration and authenticity to an ever-widening scope of spiritual seekers worldwide.
Our vision is to graduate Tantra instructors that have:
- Studied the mysteries of the tantric tradition in depth
- Become intimately familiar with the elements of the practice and philosophy through their own practice
- First-hand, repeated experience of tantric sexual ecstasy
There is great interest in the Agama Tantra Instructor Training, but to preserve the quality of the teachings we limit our ATIT attendance both with prerequisites and a formal qualification process. The prerequisites for entering this course are meant to assure that each student has gone through both extensive study of tantric philosophy and actual practice of these teachings.
Agama Tantra Instructors undergo perhaps the most intensive and rigorous training in the world.
Upon successful completion of this program, graduates will not only be formally certified but also spiritually empowered to transmit these teachings in the lineage of Agama to students around the world.

Agama is the pioneer of Yoga on the tropical island paradise of Koh Phangan, Thailand. The school was founded on the island in 2003 by Swami Vivekananda Saraswati, a Yogi for over 30 years who has dedicated his life to teaching an authentic form of Hatha Yoga in a modern scientific approach.
Agama believes that there should be a bridge between spirituality and rational thinking, and classes are taught accordingly. The teachings are easy to implement in daily life and are often adopted immediately by students.
